Hi, Iām Rani Iyerāa Software Engineer and Home Baker turned Certified Health and Fitness Coach. But before all that, I was just like youāsomeone who struggled with weight, low energy, and self-doubt. My journey started at 125 kgs, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it feels to want change but not know where to begin.
I spent years trying different diets, starting and stopping workouts, feeling frustrated with slow progress, and battling the fear of being judged. But everything changed when I found the right guidance, the right mindset, and the right approach to fitness. Today, I have successfully shed almost 20 kgābut more than the numbers, I have gained strength, confidence, and a new outlook on life. And my journey is still continuing.
