Hi, I’m Rani Iyer—a Software Engineer and Home Baker turned Certified Health and Fitness Coach. But before all that, I was just like you—someone who struggled with weight, low energy, and self-doubt. My journey started at 125 kg, and I know firsthand how overwhelming it feels to want change but not know where to begin.

I spent years trying different diets, starting and stopping workouts, feeling frustrated with slow progress, and battling the fear of being judged. But everything changed when I found the right guidance, the right mindset, and the right approach to fitness. Today, I have successfully shed almost 20 kg—but more than the numbers, I have gained strength, confidence, and a new outlook on life. And my journey is still continuing.

Why I Created Rani’s Fitness Hub

Fitness isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about feeling strong, energetic, and in control of your body. And yet, for plus-size women, the fitness world can feel intimidating. The fear of being judged, the frustration of not seeing immediate results, and the struggle to stay motivated can make it difficult to start.

That’s exactly why I created Rani’s Fitness Hub—a space dedicated to helping women like you take charge of their health, without fear or shame. I know what it feels like to struggle, but I also know how powerful it feels to take that first step—and I want to help you do the same.
